Innovative and exclusive tri-tiered, stair-step, lug pattern we developed with Vibram® provides solid footing across a range of terrain. Rockered, dual-density EVA midsoles offer additional cushion and feel to reduce fatigue and improve footing on hikes, while Figure-8 ESS rock plates give you superior protection and torsional stability when wading uneven rivers. “Burrito-wrap” tongue locks your foot into place improving contact with the boot and reducing heel slippage. Molded toecap protects your feet from rocks and other obstacles. Bonded seams, double lasting, and TPU reinforced uppers give Carbon boots the added bomber durability wading boots need to withstand the rigors of serious wading. How to choose your size: Measure your foot from the back of your heel to the end of your longest toe. Use the longer measurement if your feet differ in size. Skwala wading boots are designed with room for a neoprene stockingfoot. If you normally wear a half size, choose the next full Skwala boot size up.
