Big Streamers Nayat Hair is a premium natural fly tying material selected for tying large predator flies. With fibres up to 14" long, it creates large, flowing baitfish profiles while remaining surprisingly lightweight, making it an excellent choice for big streamers, Murray cod flies, saltwater patterns, and modern jig flies.

Often referred to as Slowrunner, Nayat Hair has become a favourite material for tying modern predator flies. The long fibres have a beautiful natural taper and create lifelike movement in the water without absorbing much water, helping even large flies remain comfortable to cast.

Compared to Icelandic sheep, Nayat Hair is slightly stiffer, making it easier to control while tying and helping flies maintain their profile during the retrieve. It also performs exceptionally well with modern tying techniques such as reverse tying, allowing tyers to build large, full-bodied baitfish patterns that remain lightweight, highly mobile, and easy to cast.
