a versatile and secure holder

The system is a versatile and secure way to hold a second rod. I tend to use it the most to hold my rod when to have two hands completely free to work on untangling tippet tangles or when making tippet adjustment and tying on new flies.

The fly line can get snagged on the holding arms, so when not in use, I swing my wading belt and this unit around to the back and it solves that issue.
