We call this guy "Micrometer Charlie" in the shop - his flies are perfect. Get this book for tips on how to make your flies consistent and quicker to tie. The images in this book are easier to follow than any other book.
We don't agree with the title "Basic Fly Tying" - there's some pretty advanced stuff in here.
